About the speaker
Ulf is Funday's COO and is in charge of making sure the trains run on time. With five games in varying stages of production and several supporting teams around them, he always has stuff to do.
With a professional background from different industries (consultancy, service, research, software development) using their own different process philosophies, Ulf is adapting (or at least trying to) the agile toolbox to provide the most value for Funday and its specific creative context.
About Funday
Funday's mission is to make evergreen and player-centric games that foster positive communities wherever they are played. Funday Games is a Danish games studio with 40+ passionate talents and a decade of experience! Over the years, they created numerous quality experiences for many partners and platforms - as well as their original titles (Wild Indigo Ranch and Deep Rock Galaxy: Survivor) as the two most recent examples. They specialise in live multiplayer and community-driven games but are genre-agnostic as long as the game is rooted in fun.
